Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Choosing different frequencies may result in shipping rates changing if future orders contain a different set of products.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you have purchased a pre-paid subscription, in which case you will be charged once in-full in advance of all deliveries in the set of orders.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Likewise, a pre-paid subscription may auto-renew at the end of its duration.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. Should you have been unable to cancel in time, you are welcome to get in touch regarding a cancellation. However, we are unable to guarantee that we can cancel the order as we may already have incurred costs associated with the order.
As time passes and our prices and shipping options may be subject to change, ViBERi reserves the right to update prices and shipping costs within an ongoing subscription to be in-line with the main store prices and policy. You will of course receive notification, should this be necessary.
