New Zealand blackcurrants have become one of the most researched anthocyanin-rich fruits in sports nutrition.
A study published in the European Journal of Applied Physiology investigated how different doses of New Zealand blackcurrant extract affected cardiovascular function in endurance-trained cyclists.
